Usagi restaurant was just outstanding! The ambience is a mixture of Japan and a skate park and rock music came out of the speakers. We wanted to try sake for the first time and were given nice advice straight away. The food is like from another planet! Octopus balls, caramelized pork belly, poké, and and and. Everything to be recommended and absolutely delicious. The service was friendly and open-minded. We will be back!

Since the most wanted ramen house in town always packed by customer, particularly during this covid-19 time, we opted our dinner to be here. Basically they have 2 soups: pork belly-based and chicken vegetable-based. My friend got the first one and I chose simply the other. Both of them are very tasty! The service, the location, the atmosphere, as well their Genmaicha (Japanese green tea with roasted rice), Asian "Weißes Bier" and Takoyaki are perfect. Overall we do love this place.

Simply a great store! Great food (the octopus was world class!) In a very cozy atmosphere. The black sesame ice cream was the grand finale. The guys are extremely easy-going and very personable -> BTW a great old school playlist;) We will definitely be back!

Rip-off mentality: ordered herbal lemonade, but settled cocktail for € 7.5. Several drinks were added to the bill that weren't even ordered. Can happen, but rumgedruckse u left no excuse to leave a thread aftertaste. Food was good, but very small portions. Operation unfriendly (stressed) and waited a long time.

Yes, the portions may be a bit smaller ... but both the drinks and the food are absolutely great. Here we work with a lot of feeling and good ingredients. In addition, the staff is very attentive and relaxed.

We spent a wonderful evening at Usagi. First there was a delicious cocktail with a Japanese twist, then we ordered lots of goodies to share in the middle. Whether entrecote, sashimi, tuna tataki, spice squid, takoyaki, horenso gomae or pork belly, to name just a few things, it was pure enjoyment. In addition, a beautiful Mosel Riesling cabinet by J.J.Prüm. What more do you want? I worked for a long time in a Japanese restaurant in Berlin and can say what the guys are doing is more than authentic. Price-performance is calculated very fairly. Plus relaxed, personable and competent service. Everything done right! To the gastro community: watch and learn!

This restaurant location its quite convenient, the staff is friendly and price are also fine.... I just felt that the food was lacking some more flavor to make the experience really enjoyable.

The meat is not particularly tasty, the gyoza are recommended. The service is not unfriendly, but not exactly friendly either. All in all, the spark has not jumped ...

Very friendly, competent service. The food was really great and sufficient. No eating stamp !!! Well selected ingredients. The wine selection is very good. Here, too, the advice is very competent and extensive.

Well done Japanese food, most fun with several, then you can work through half the menu. We ate 8 or 9 dishes, were all good or very good without exception. Service is relaxed and tends to be understaffed when the place is full, so bring some time.

Super tasty Japanese food! Absolutely to suggest. Unfortunately, the portions are a little too small for the price.

The staff wasn't super unfriendly but motivation looks different. The ramen were bland and unimaginative. The prices for the service provided are unreasonable. To make matters worse, there were small pieces of metal in my ramen that would have been rather unsightly when swallowed. Can't recommend this restaurant.

The food is really good and the service attentive. However, the portion or the side dish should be somewhat larger at the higher prices. You can expect a good 40 euros per person without excessive consumption of drinks.

Super shop. Both food, wine and cocktails are really good. In terms of quality, the prices also fit. About the service: the boys and girls there are just direct. If you can handle it, you can really have fun here and spend a great evening.

Delicious food served like tapas to share. We sampled a wide range of the tapas menu and everything was very tasty. Not your traditional Japanese restaurant but certainly a friendly atmosphere and kind staff! Make sure you go early (we went when they opened at 6pm) because it is a small space and the room fills up extremely quickly.

Absolutely empty restaurant - and first answer on "I'd like to eat and drink something" they answered "ah, we have no free places"... Really? You cannot find even one place for one to seat?

There are a lot of places around please stay away from this one. Extremely rude staff (like really out of any reason) we didn't even get to order and left because of the rude attitude we got because she was aparently annoyed from other people. Not even walking next to that place again, the rest of the stuff had also some weird statements to share with the world totally unnecessary.

Service is super friendly. But the Ramen and their curry I really can not recommend at all. The quality of sashimi is not bad, but is not very fresh? I am not that picky with Japanese food, but ramen and curry really need to be improved to a acceptable level.

Friendly service. Far, far too overpriced! I grew up in London!

Slow service, food is quite good but do not expect Japanese food (of course there is sashimi), e.g. Gyoza is fried Korean dumplings... Price is a bit pricy compared to the service (maybe understaffed? Or not efficient enough?)

A cool concept of Japanese tapas, with a good variety of dishes to try. I ordered a sashimi deluxe with some edamame, giozas and dirty chicken wings. It was really good and the chicken was super tender! Recommended to go with friends and family!

Just had Edamame and a glass of sake, so can't really speak for anything else. But the service was friendly, the Edamame very tasty and the sake really had me thinking about my time abroad in Japan. overall a nice experience!

A great after-work hangout, and if you enjoy Japanese food, you'l love it even more. Usagi can at times be busy, but in my experience the waiters do try their best to accommodate. It's best you book a table. Food is fast, and so so tasty. Some exciting options can appear on the daily menus, so keep an eye on it. Prices were above average, so be mindful about what you're ordering. Highly recommend the Ramen and curry! All in all, a great Izakaya experience.

We had a lovely experience. Book as it gets very busy, you may have to share Table. Extensive cocktail, wine and whiskey selection. Takoyaki starter was yum. I had the curry which tasted like home, a south African cape Malay curry, loved it! Husband chose the ramen, excellent broth, good texture noodles and soft pork. Dessert was mochi which had a secret centre, sweet and delicious.

A nice place in the bell bar in Munich. The food is very fresh and delicious. The cocktails are original and very good. The service is not so friendly and probably does not advise especially new customers. Too bad. We got a small table, although the restaurant was almost empty.

We loved this place! The food and atmosphere were both great and the waitress was super welcoming and friendly. Looking forward to next time!
